This is just lovely. I imagine little worlds like this are all around us.

Let us not forget that music exists for all different people in different ways. Yes, we devote most of our posts here to composers, bands, orchestras etc that we respect and love, but sometimes it’s worth delving into the musical expeditions of the average punter. This guy can make music by squeezing his hands together. Wow. But make sure you stick around for the killer insights that he provides into his “talent or novelty of mine…whatever you call it” at the end of the video. Your life will be all the more enriched for it. Plus, I suppose if you didn’t have weird guys like this to do stupid pointless time consuming things, then the violin might never have been invented, or something… Good on him.
Incredible.

The Parade Schedule - Backyard
Here is a new video for the Parade Schedule. It is for their song Backyard off their debut Seeds To Be Planted, Trees To Be Cut.
This beauty is from a new band on my friend’s record label, The Record Machine. Great, affordable indie music.

Just heard of Chris Dooks tonight. Found the Bip Hop compilations, and downloaded volume 3. Will post some of that later. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this calming track and old black and white footage.
